Terms and conditions for donating towards general research at Cambridge Judge Business School:

  1. You agree to make a Donation to the University of Cambridge for the purpose of supporting general research at Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS). Any Gift Aid you declare will be claimed by the University from HMRC.
  2. The University will accept donations paid by valid debit card or credit card only.
  3. Upon receipt of your Donation, CJBS may use your name, matriculation year (additional checks may take place to confirm your supplied details), supplied comment, and profile image (if/when supplied) where it may appear on publicly viewable webpages housed on the CJBS website. CJBS holds the right to display your name, matriculation year, comment, and profile image and consequently remove this information, to the best of our ability, at any given point, without notice, from online use.
  4. Where a suitable profile image is not supplied, CJBS will use an alumni ident which will show programme and matriculation year.
  5. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement in relation to the Donation.
  6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
